I have a virtual directory called EmissionsTracker with an image(image.jpg) and an excel file(excel.xls). They are stored in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\EmissionsTracker\.

When I try to access them from a different computer on the network I get wierd results. I access it by typing http://eric/EmissionsTracker/image.jpg into internet explorer(Where eric is the computer name).

Sometimes it shows a blank screen, sometimes page cannot be displayed, and one time I got half the image. Has anybody encountered this problem? Is it something do to with permissions?
