Is there an inexpensive webhost that can host a marketing type website, and provide an easy to use interface for the administrators to use to FTP files, manage passwords, etc...?

Basically, this will be an info only site, but the administrators are going to be novice and would like to be able to choose themes and templates provided by the webhost.

I heard that Yahoo offers this sort of thing. Has anyone had any experience with Yahoo or any other webhost out there?

Any suggestions?
