I will stick with Outlook. I subscribe to the motto "the devil you know ..." <g>
On thing I hope to have in Outlook 2003 is ability to email Word document from Word. I had this feature working in Outlook 2000. When I switched to 2002, the feature stopped working. Or maybe they (MSFT) expect me to upgrade Word 2000 to Word 2003 too.
>I've never had a problem getting zip files in any version of Outlook, up to Outlook 2002. Outlook 2003 appears to be the same in this regard:

>As far as features, there is probably a new feature list on Microsoft's website. Personally, I find Outlook to be bloated and unstable. I've been using Mozilla Thunderbird for a few weeks instead of Outlook. It has some good features, but a couple of annoying ones. Haven't decided if I'm going to switch back to Outlook yet.

>>I wonder if there is a feature list of Outlook 2003 that are useful that 2002 didn't have. As I said in my initial message, I am basically "forced" by Publisher to upgrade to 2003. But I would like to know if there are other benefits to having 2003
