Thank you for testing this feature. I think the problem is some kind of incompatibility between Word 2000 and Outlook 2002. So, my guess is, it will be the same in Outlook 2003. Therefore, now I have to consider upgrading Word to 2003 too.
I wonder if I can use Student and Teacher's edition of Office 2003 which I just bought for my daughter. The license says it can be used on 3 computers in a home. Since I would be installing it on my notebook and I bring it home, I satisfy this condition. Since I teach my kids all the time, I am a teacher. And I learn here all the time so I am a student. Bingo! <g>.
