I suggest: Select the 9 fields, "Format | Vertical Spacing | Increase", and "Format | Horizontal Spacing |Increase" (each 2 or 3 times). Edit the desired objects, and then decrease the spacing again ("Format | Align | Top", and "Format | Align | Left").
You should also consider combining into less objects. If you have a complicated expression, you could call a UDF. If you need 9 different formats, then it is not possible to combine.
