>Simply that. I thought it was at one time, but now it simply depresses and doesn't fire the Click event. I have a STEP in the code and know it's the right compiled code. I've played around with Sparse to no avail and the button is definately Enabled and not set to ReadOnly. Any ideas?

If your STEP is executing (and it's in click, right?) then what makes you think it doesn't ?
If it's not clicking :
Can you make Click work with keyboard ? (I assume yes as you said depresses - anyway try keyboard)
Nodefault in code somewhere (mousedown, gotfocus ...)?
