Is anyone else experiencing major delays this morning hitting different sites on the Internet?

I'm on a T-1 line and usually have pretty good speed. I can hit sites in the Northeast US and they seem to respond normally. But this site (UT) is responding real slow and some hits are timing out. (I assume it's Internet traffic/routers that are to blame as opposed to a problem with the site.) I also get dog slow performance when hitting west coast sites.

I was wondering if a new virus has just sprung and is wreaking haavoc across the net.

Is anyone else seeing this?
