Hi everybody,

On last Friday I installed Yahoo SBC DSL. The installation process was somethat painful and not error free.
Anyway, after that I noticed, that every time I try to shut down my computer, I see a message "Program BJCFD is ending now"... Yesterday (today) at 3am I even tried to call tech support about that problem, but the person from India was not helpful. Anyway, today I ran a google on this and found http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist_b.htm At the bottom of this page there is a description on that program and recommendation to remove it.

Now, I click on Change/Remove button, but nothing happens. What can I do?
