AFAIK not much. The user will access the pages through the HTTPS protocol as oppossed to the usual HTTP.

You will have to change any links you offer in your app to HTTPS where appropriate. Same for calling subsequent pages in your code. IIS/SSL and the Browser at the client's take care of the encryption/decryption of the transmission. Your pages receive the data unencrypted as always (albeit somewhat slower).
