>>You are right. However, it is a screen redraw problem (or so it seems) because if I click on a value in one of the columns behind the messagebox, it dissappears from that portion of the screen and I see my value. The same with clicking on the character textbox or the numeric textbox after clickin on "OK" on the messagebox. I can't tell if any errors I have are in the version everyone else is looking at because I have a copy from when he was designing it for a usergroup demo I think before it was finalized.

Famous words - Does Not Happen On Mine PC :) (or any other PC I tried it on :)

>The other thing - if we use drag & drop for the full record, it seems to me, that the visual indication should be different, than in case of value. E.g. it should cover the whole record, not be just a small rectangle.

While showing a record-long rectangle for record drag is entirely possible, there is a little problem with that.
Record drop is implemented only for grids. When you start the drag, UDD has no idea where you are going to drop it - on the grid or on some editbox, for example.
UDD always carries over a cell value (where the drag started) and the whole record.

Also, if UDD is set to value drag mode, one of target grids may be in the record drop mode, if the grid name is listed in UDD.cGridListForRecordDropMode property. I am still thinking what to do with that.
