Do I have to add some command lines to activate and/or deactivated the SSL? or its enough with the installation in the server.

To require SSL communications for a file:
Open the Properties window for the file, select 'File Security' page, Secure Communications Edit button and check 'Require secure channel' box.
You can also do the same type of thing at the folder level if required.
