I have the following scenario:
1. A client computer with an application in Visual Fox and a local SQL database .
2. A server published on Internet with SQL database (which gathers information from clients' SQL databases) and a web service which gets results from the SQL database on the server .
3. At the client is needed sometimes information taken from the server SQL database , and this is when the web service works .

Question is : If the application at the client requests data from the web service and the webservice creates a table with results in a file, which could be a way to transfer that file, considering that the server doesn't "know" the path to the clients drive .
Could be by email ? Or could the server display a webpage at the client with a link to that file and which can be saved from the client ?
