How do the selected items appear in the full list: normal, disabled, missing? I think the full list failed to move them to the selected list because they were already present in the selected list.

I studied the MM mover a bit, but don't use it. I rolled my own with a pair of grids because I needed to allow multiple instances in the selected list.
