I;m writing a Keyword search query that will look thrugh a couple char and a text field for instances of a keyword or phrase. I've read about both the LIKE and CONTAINS keywords, and I'm not sure how to choose one over the other?

I don't know if matters, but we'll be implementing the Full-Text Indexing for the table with the text field.
