For any lurker out here... The problem is with the security configuration in IIS. The ISAPI extension is configured as "C:\Progra~1\AFP3\AFP3.DLL", because IIS doesn't accept blanks in the path for ISAPI extensions. The security configuration supports full path names and has "C:\Program Files\AFP3\AFP3.DLL". In its infinite wisdome, IIS thinks both refer to different files and refused to load the DLL. If both paths are changed to the 8.3 notation, IIS 6 works correctly. Our latest release configures IIS6 properly.
