Are you using XP? If yes, then use the system restore. but make it sure that it is turned on on your system..

You can re-store to an earlier state of your PC system settings, or try to disect from your registry.. delete all the keys there with BJCFD.. or check directly to HKLM\software\Microsoft\windows\currentversion\run that loading that program...
