I am using the following structure

1. Issues the SQLPREPARE(nConHandle, cSQLStatement)
2. Issues the SQLEXEC(nConHandle) and assigned to a local variable.

The SQLExec does return 1 after the insert and also there is nothing in the error collection.

The cSQLStatement is formed correctly.

The scary thing was the existing code was working fine for the past 5 months. This happened to me before too when I was using the remote views through the ODBC connection. At that point I thought it was the index that messing up and was working after re-indexing the table. But in this case there is no index to the table.
