No, but there will probably be a limited rebate coupon for upgrades. We plan to release VFP right at the end of this year, so it probably won't be until around Feb 2005 when you can buy and receive a copy of the upgrade version of VFP 9.0. People who have an active subscription of any level of MSDN will be able to download VFP 9.0 almost immediately after we release it to manufacturing late this year.
