PMFJI, but the answer is 'yes' twice :-) As a MSDN subscriber, you have access to nearly all current software from Microsoft (VFP, VS.NET, Visio, Project, Exchange, SQL Server, Windows, Office, etc.) and all future release for the length of the subscription (usually 1 year). You can download them from the MSDN site and you will receive them in CD or DVD format by mail (usually 1-2 shipments/month).
Update: Just saw Sergey response. Forgot to mention that you need at least Professional level
