You suggested:-
In the "Report Picture" properties "File:" field you can specify any expression that evaluates to a file name. This could be a field that holds the file name.


I've tried to follow this advice but failed - could you give me an example please?
my table contains a field cn_pict which holds

(table.cn_pict); &table.cn_pict etc give Syntax error

trim(table.cn_pict) gives invalid path or file name (several files tried, all exist)

I'm using VFP6
