We are using Visual Foxpro 7 and we experienced a few issues when using terminal services. The main one being having the data files and the clients for the applicaiton on different servers.

When users were connecting in through TS through a VPN connection and then connecting from the client to the server where the DBF files were they were getting errors opening the DBF files across the connection. It was a headache for us and so we moved the data and the client to the same machine. Im not saying it all has to sit on the same server as TS but we ensured the client and the data was on one server.

There is a white paper on this from microsoft I will try and find it and let you know.
