Dirk I agree
We have some 50 users connecting in from Morocco, UK and Turkey. What have lots of processing power and plenty of memory with users having a slice of it as they log in.
What we decided to do is that we find most of the time users use our system at certain parts of the day. The utilisation of the system is quite low for one user. Therefore in user manager we changed the configuration per user so that if there session was idle for more than 1 hour it would disconnect and if disconnected for more than 5 mintues it would reset there session.
Now we only find about on average 10 users in at one time. At first I was sceptical but the performance has improved 3 fold.
Just a thought!!
