Just re-register comctl32 and see what happens.

>Emergency… somehow or another we are unable to open programs that contain progress bar which uses comctl32.ocx. We get an unexpected error message. The best I can tell this error is caused by dll / ocx version incompatibility. How can I correct this problem? Is there a download where I can get the newest comctl32.ocx and all it dependencies?
