i have a pie chart in my form using the mschart. can i control the size of the legend box in this case?

reason is, i have a 300x420 olecontrol where i display my chart. i take the name of my fields to show as legend of this chart. problem is, sometimes these fields would go to at least 30 in width. when it does, the pie chart shrinks to a small size.

how can i prevent this? is
