Hi, Winan,

I get rid of the tooltips by clicking on every control/label on the report (at design time), bring up the format screen, go to the tooltip option, and set a formula where the tooltip is equal to CHR(9).

That's always worked for me. Someone sent me a link where it could be done programatically. It's Message #912013. I haven't tried it, so I can't vouch for it, but you can give either one a try.
