I have an application that is mostly Visual FoxPro but has some components that are written in Visual Basic.

I have an situation where I need to use an equivalent to STRTRAN() in the Visual Basic module. Unfortunately, I don't see any VB function that does the same type of string substitutions as STRTRAN().

I know I could write my own equivalent function, but since lots of the VFP folks also spend time using other languages, I'm hoping that either there is already a function in VB or someone can post a subroutine that they are already using.
