This is what i have found,
I have a base form, based off of the mmMaintenanceForm.
It has a grid, and a few text boxes on the second page, it also has labels as well.

I tried localizing the the form. the grid header is the only item, that localizes.

This is how i sublcassed your labels. Is the code missing anything?
