If we beleive this article there is no way to replace partially some menu items of a shortcut menu, you can only replace the whole shortcut menu with your own but there is no way to call the build in functionality associated with each menu item. Does any one know if this will change when the product ships?

I was also disappointed by this limitation, although what we did get is pretty cool. From what I have heard, I don't think there is much chance that we will get the ability to partially change shortcuts. I hope to be surprised, but don't expect it.
