Now I could review these marked threads in case I might have missed something, before removing them from the list. As it stands, I must resort to a search on the title. This is problematic with some of those titles. Does this help?
I thought you were making reference to the Agent from the support area. I just found that you are making reference to the account setup. From there, we do not link into the support area. So, from that POV, this will not be done. However, I could add the Thread ID in that list. Would that be better for you?
