When i do rec count it is returning 4624 only.

This table has a menu field in it i am storing all the ocr data of a page scanned.

We have scanned more than 300 thousand pages till now and it says when i open the windows explorer that the last modified with current date and time for the ocdata.dbf table.

How come the date and time getting modified each time when i run the ocr function which captures all the ocr content of a page and saves it to the table per page as 1 record in table.

the table size has grown to 300 mb nearly.

And it is only showing me when i open the table 4624 records in it.
Please help. if there is something wrong i am doing.

We have a table docindx the size is more than 1.5 gb and this file when i open it shows 158 thousand records in it.
