The AutoSaveOnParentSaved is set to true. The data is being saved successfully also.
I put a breakpoint on the

 protected override OakLeaf.MM.Main.MMBusinessRule CreateBusinessRuleObject() 

in the business object and it is being called. When I put a breakpoint next to the

public override bool CheckRulesHook(DataSet ds, string tableName)

in the business rules it is never called.

I have setup both business objects the same for there business rules.
During my testing the parent biz object’s rules are always broken. Does MM not test the child biz rules if parent’s rules do not pass?
