I can do that but I have to do it over and over again because it time it comes back up it is in 'Float' mode. I want it to always be in nondockable mode. I enjoy using keyboard shortcuts for almost everything and changing this setting requires the use of the mouse which is distracting to me.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
