See if Download #9930 will help you recover the data in the memo fields. The records in the DBF may be lost. Also make sure you have SET DELETED OFF so you can see deleted records as well. These records, however, would be included in the RECCOUNT().

>Thank you Mark, As per your suggestions yesterdayu to delete the cdx file of ocdata.dbf i did and then tried to open the table exclusively and still the number of records in it are same 4624.
