GPB is in a somewhat awkward position; it will either confirm the GR prediction for frame-dragging, or it will find a discrepancy and very few people will believe it. I'm not an expert, but my understanding is that the regime it is testing (in the "parameterized post-Newtonian" sense) has already been ruled out by other observationshttp://preposterousuniverse.blogspot.com/
