When this happens to me I can click on the space where the datagrid should be and see the indivdual cell that I have clicked in, with data. I'm using MM.NET and the source of the datatable is a dataset in an MM.NET business object which is created from the form constructor. I don't see how that could go out of scope while I still have the form.
