Off the top of my head, I'm not sure.

On #1, I've usually obtained that information from the supporting report data beforehand. Maybe you could try to build a formula within the report (and maybe a formula might work with the second question), but I've never tried it. Maybe someone who has done this before can jump in with a suggestion.
