I don't use MM.Net but I do use the Infragistic controls.
1. Make sure all your references copy local are set to false, except for the Infragistics.WebUI.Shared... one, that should be copy local true.
2. Close VS and delete all the dll's in your bin folder.
3. Open VS and rebuild your solution.
That usually clears it up for me.
