Another oddity of the bug-riddled Word 2003...

Most often when I start Word (from the Start button "pinned" item, not by d-clicking on a document) it starts in the background of the desktop, NOT becoming the active task with focus.

Now I have noticed that it appears to be related to where MS Outlook 2003 is itself "positioned". If it has focus as the active task then Word WILL get it when it starts up, but if Outlook 2003 is not the top active desktop task then word starts up behind everything else.

Any ideas how to solve this. Must say that I can't blame people for choosing some other Word processor, given all the crap that happens with WOrd.
