The More: listbox which was almost a duplicate option as the Dashboard Favorite links is not removed. In the Dashboard Favorite links setup, you'll find whaetever you need to decide which links you want to appear in there. Simply check the ones and they will appear. You can also click diretory on the Dasbhoard Links header in that section and that will move you right into your account setup to manage it.

The section of that Dashboard is avaialble to all members now.

This should resolve a lot of issues we had and confusions about two similar options.
