You´ll not get problems with updates because your classes have a different names.
To use qstart, you have to change the parent class of generic project to your classes. And when you get a new version of MM you´ll make manually updates in the generic project, by followin the WhatsNew.doc.
The only problem that you will have is the "Breaking the inheritance Chain" described in "Subclassing the framework" in DEVGUIDE.DOC
