How can I get the system color for this object ?

Anyway, I think this is not the right approach.
If you are using Windows XP themes (Luna), you will find that the color of the "Date" and "Time" caption's groupbox on "Date and Time Properties" Window have different colors that, for example, the colors of the days on the calendar in the same window.

If I change the colors of the window text, the color of these captions are not modified.

Here you can get a screenshot showing what I mean. Take a look at the 3rd screenshot (Folder Options): On the lower half of the window you have a groupbox with a 'Details for " extension' caption. Note that this text is shown in blue, while the text at the upper portion (Registered File Types) is shown in black:
