This is a problem with the web in general, and especially within Microsoft sites. Now you really do have to resort to Google to find what you had thought you had already found. ;)

It seems that in a one year period of time, one or two pages have their URLs changed for some reason (usually web sites being updated to a new layout with link system, not a good reason), but it is always quickly resolved on the home page or where it is generally linked to so that is not an issue.
