First, find a Credit Card online processor. Here in the states the major one is Verisign PayFlow. There probably is a popular one in Latin America too, but, I don't know what it is. Once you find their web site, they'll have more detailed instructions. Generally, if you don't require a lot of additional custom processing, then a simple link to their cc processing web site will be enough. Otherwise, they can provide you with a COM object that will run on your web server and interact with their site giving you a lot of flexability as far as what the pages look like, etc. They should have a free SDK that you can test with your web page before making any comittment.
