The MVPs have complained about this several times to various different VPs, Group Managers, etc at Microsoft. I think it's gotten better, but not totally resolved.

>Now you see Ken, I think that's the largest problem: once you do find useful information, even if you bookmark it, there's no guarantee that it will be there the next time you look. This is a problem with the web in general, and especially within Microsoft sites. Now you really do have to resort to Google to find what you had thought you had already found. ;)
