It is back to its correct position, so I can't right now...its as if the entire top pane is slid upward by several pixels, so that the top half of the UT toolbar is gone.

It moved back into position when I clicked on the "Get New Messages" number...it was not visible, but I was able to click on the bottom of the link.

So I don't need the drop-down anymore :)
