Yes, there's a ton of VFP code out there. I see many shops doing a total rewrite for .NET/Java. However, since those projects are generally 6-12 months (or more), these VFP apps continue to require maintenance/enhancements (which makes the conversion tough, as it becomes a 'moving target').

Consequently, the 'new' project generally takes a little longer than first planned. So for VFP consultants who are able pick up existing projects and modify/enhance them, there will still continue to be a good amount of work for the next few years.
