Thanks for this sample too. Though I have not been able to run it, I get an OLE error code 0x80040154: Class not registered. I have confirmed that the Microsoft Hier. Flexgrid control has been checkmarked in the Tools | Option | Controls. I am using VFP6 just in case if it matters.

Also, with data-entry I had meant just the Accounts or Items Master form where the accounts / items are created not the regular transaction data-entry, I guess I am still a long way of from that. In fact to get the TV working (on the clients machine) I have spent about a year (silly thing I had included the icons in the project assuming it will be used. With them included even providing the icons externally won't make the TV work, remove them from the project and provide the icons externally and it works, wow <g>).
