Usual business card type stuff:

Your name if different than what I know
Title
Contact numbers (voice, fax, other)
Email addresses
Company name
Address
Website

Logo if you have one or ideas you may have if you don't

Type of clients your after (I know, paying ones)

Do you need different cards for different reasons/clients

What basic ideas do you have for colors, graphics, both sides of the card, etc.

What time frame you're looking at.

Respond here or in email with any attachments you may have (gifs, jpgs, etc.)

>>I'm pretty adept at creating business cards. Nice graphics, etc. Don't ask; I've done many things in my life. I could help you create a layout file or document of cards that you could take to Kinko's or wherever and have them printed for a moderate cost.

>>Free of charge. I was out of work for the entire year of 2002 so I am very familiar on how it can be.

>>>Businss Cards, I all most forgot about them. My brain must be slowing down with my age.
>>>
>>>>In additon to what Craig said (all excellent sugestions) ... get a LOT of business cards printed - and then pass them out any chance you get. Between my local Chamber of Commerce and dumb-luck of passing a biz card to the right person - I'd say between the two they make about 70%-80% of my clients.... although there is a chance that 100% of those will have buildings that resemble a pile to toothpicks by the end of the weekend...perhaps some clients in other parts of the country would be good too...hmmmmmm

I decided back then to work as an employee, and let my existing clients slide. Most of them have moved on to other thing, and do not need my skills.
