If the DBC is already open non-exclusive and you do
OPEN DATA dbcName EXCL,
the DBC remains non-exclusive.

VFP does not close and re-open the DBC.

I've got open exclusive in VFP option, and open dbc usin command "open database name exclusive". What am I doing wrong, how can I edit referential integrity.
