From the "Account Setup/Dashboard/Favorite links" section, you will find a brand new setup which allows you to define if an item from that area has to be part of the More: listbox. When at least one item is checked, this will enable the More: listbox.

This also solves the issue that several members mentioned such as Jim where a subset of the items in the Dashboard favorite links can be used for the More: listbox.
